Our physiotherapist are registered as “members choice” practitioners for both Bupa and Medibank Private.
This means that when you come in for physiotherapy services and have this extra included in your cover, you get a discounted rate!
A HiCaps machine is supplied on site to give you the ease of claiming your services. The terminal accepts most health fund and payment cards, allowing for on the spot rebates at the time of your treatment!
We support other Health Funds too
Our clinic supports a wide variety of private health funds. If you’re not sure if you will be covered, it’s best to give your health fund a call!
We also welcome patients under alternative Government schemes
Through a referral from your General Practitioner, we accept Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) patients into the clinic. It is best to have your referral and DVA file number ready to go before booking in with us for a seamless experience.
DVA referrals entitle you to a range of services. Within our clinic, we can use your referral to provide Physiotherapy services only. We serve white, gold and TPI card holders.
Make sure you let our staff know if you idenitfy under the DVA scheme when booking!
Helping workers resume their responsibilities after a workplace injury is important to us. Our Physiotherapists work in collaboration with other health professionals to strive for your return to work as soon as possible.
Patients attending our clinic under Workers Compensation must ensure they have updated certificates and referrals from their Doctor or Specialist at all times. These certificates highlight important information for our Physiotherapists relating to your individual presenting condition and treatment goals.
We kindly ask that all patients attending under this Government scheme lodge their own cases and are responsible for keeping their paperwork up to date so our team can directly bill WorkCover for you.
Eligible patients may receive Enhance Primary Care (EPC) Plans from their General Practitioners. These plans entitle you to access UP TO five allied health visits per calendar year.
Should you chose to complete these session in our clinic, we ask to please ensure you have all EPC paperwork prior to booking and let our team know you have a plan in place.
These plans are only valid with our Physiotherapy services.
We require an upfront payment of $78 for EPC appointments. Our reception staff will then lodge the claim on your behalf through our online portal, this allows Medicare to give you a rebate of $58 .
Bulk billing not available.
Our Physiotherapists are registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This means we are able to attend to patients with NDIS plans in place.
When booking an initial appointment, please have the following details ready:
- A copy of your NDIS plan, including your Physiotherapy budget (if possible)
- Plan dates
- NDIS number
- Carer / Emergency contacts
- Inform us if your plan is self managed or externally coordinated
- Billing and payment details
Having these details ready will assist in a smooth booking process, and will help you get an appointment with us as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that something may come up that may prevent you from attending your appointment.
If you cannot keep your appointment or you need to reschedule it, you can do so over the phone or in person. We value your time and ours, thus we require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment so that we can give your appointment time to another patient who can attend.
You may be billed for your treatment if you fail to attend without notification. Gift vouchers are automatically forfeited if you fail to attend your appointment without notice.
