All our therapists are registered for Health Fund rebate and all services attract a rebate depending on your level of cover Physiotherapy/Massage/Aquatic Physiotherapy.
We are preferred providers for Medibank Private and BUPA Members. When you choose our clinic your out of pocket expenses are considerably reduced – guaranteed!
Doctors Referral
You only require a referral from your Doctor for services provided under Workcover, Department of Veterans Affairs and Medicare.
Pension & Health Care Card Concession
We provide a fee concession to holders of Centrelink Pension and Health Care Card Holders for Physio and Massage.
Cancellation Policy
Please do the right thing and give us a call in advance if you can’t make your appointment. Massage treatment over 60 minutes require 3 hours notice of cancellation. You will be billed at 50% of the fee if you fail to attend. Gift vouchers will be forfeited if you fail to attend your appointment.
Maximise your treatment by arriving for your appointment on time, 10 minutes early for paperwork if you’re a new client. Sit down, relax, and let us take care of you, we’ll get you a drink and we always have the latest magazines. Sorry we can’t make up the time if you’re late.
